The Navarik Inspection Web Services API allows for the import and export of all standard objects. This enables customers to store and maintain a local, separate copy of their data for specialized uses, such as compliance, data warehousing, data mining, custom reporting, analytics, or integration with other applications, such as trading systems, as well as front, mid and back office systems.
Data validation, triggers, and built in security schemes are a few of the examples of how Navarik Inspection integrate external data sources.
Navarik Platform framework features:- Request-response model
- Client initiates the request
- Conforms to SOAP and WSDL Standards
Data Loader
As part of an implementation, Navarik’s Professional Services team will provide an Excel sheet for standard catalog data objects. This allows customers to quickly load data into Navarik Inspection by mapping the information between the two systems, finding a common standard that allows the data to be transferred seamlessly.
Data Replication
The Navarik inspection platform supports data replication, allowing customers to store and maintain a local, separate copy of any critical data. Customers can specify which objects they would like made available to them and retrieve updates made within a specific time range, keeping both data repositories up to date and in sync, eliminating the need to update the entire data warehouse.
Data Integration
Through the use of secure Web Services, Navarik Inspection allows customers to integrate virtually with any external data source. This provides cross-reference using common business keys resulting in improved data integrity. The Web Services are designed to support Operations Data, Catalog Data and Utility Web Services. All Web Services are authenticated between Navarik and the customer, ensuring sensitive data is kept secure and can only be viewed, updated and transferred by the customer
Web Services
Due to the proliferation of operations data, supplied in various formats across organizations, the exchange of information between counterparties and stakeholders is increasingly difficult. Navarik intends to improve this situation by providing an open, XML-based standard which can be implemented in existing systems by all parties.
