Support

Navarik’s service level agreement guaranties 99.9% system availability backed by a 24-hour support team available by phone, email and the web; ensuring the system is always available and always secure.

Navarik’s support team is highly trained on the software and on business practices used in the industry. They understand the business objectives that users are trying to achieve and can help users accomplish their goals. The Navarik Support team not only serves our customers, but also any third party service vendors to Navarik’s customers. The support team will help them setup up their company information, manage their users, and get them comfortably using the system.

Upon receipt of a support request, Navarik will make an initial assessment based on the reported information, assign resources to correct the problem, and liaise with the customer to ensure that the current status is known at all times. User support will also catalog user feedback for future enhancements or custom modules.

Infrastructure

Hosting, support and security are an integral part of the Navarik Platform. Navarik hosts the platform within world-class facilities, managed by a certified team of experts, thereby removing the capital and ongoing support costs from customers. Customers can rest assured knowing that the system has full data center redundancy. In the event of a catastrophic disaster, such as fire or earthquake, disaster recovery is provided by automatic fail-over across the primary to secondary facilities located in different cities.
