Screening the history, inspection results and technical specifications of a prospective vessel is a vital part of ensuring the safety of a voyage.   Typical vetting methods often involve analyzing complex port state control data and multiple inspection reports to better understand vessel, terminal and management history.  As a result, locating and organizing key information is both difficult and time consuming, which can lead to incomplete and/or inaccurate assessments.

Navarik Vetting™ overcomes these operational challenges by providing an easy-to-maintain, online repository of vessel, terminal, and vessel manager information to help oil companies readily make informed decisions when clearing a vessel for a voyage.  By highlighting vessels that do not meet minimum terminal, safety or management performance standards, assessments are consistent and risk is mitigated.  In addition, all parties involved are able to instantly obtain status updates and track changes for improved visibility and collaboration between departments.  For a detailed overview of Navarik Vetting, please download the Navarik Vetting Data Sheet.
