Our implementation methodology is built on a proven set of processes, artifacts and behaviors to enable consistent, repeatable and high quality execution.  This methodology was developed with specific phases containing defined deliverables/milestones, but is also flexible enough to scale and adapt based on our customer’s integration approach.

Typical training during product deployment includes:

• Train the trainer, implementation teams and end users
• Best practice suggestions for getting the most out of our applications

Once our customers feel comfortable enough with the system and are ready to go live, our Services Team is there to ensure a successful launch with on-site support, follow up consultative training and a smooth transition to our technical support professionals.
